Takizawa Daiginjo is made with 100% Yamadanishiki rice polished to about ~40%. Fruit forward aromas & light with a smooth taste and clean finish, this seasonal sake is VERY easy to drink. Moreover, the newspaper packaging (without a normal label) is an interesting design that utilizes the characteristics of newspaper to block light and reduce heat. This sake is unique, delicious, and satisfying!

Produced in limited quantity during the autumn season, it is a much sought after sake, even in Japan!
